a staff lounge ?

I think there should be a staff lounge for the staff to discuss problems and stuff.

It's not a staff lounge it's staff zone, and yes were obviously going to have that. It's not only to discuss problems or have staff meetings. It's mostly there cuz were going to have staff shops with rares, expensive stuff that only staff is allowed access to and not NORMAL PLAYERS!

It's good to suggest things but like give him time he first needs to fix the important things of the server before doing anything.
